First visit today to celebrate our Mother’s birthday and we really enjoyed it. We ordered a Two piece Fried Chicken with Macaroni Salad and a Cucumber/Tomato/Bell pepper salad and dinner roll($19), a Burger with fries ($20) and a Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken ($21). Everything was tasty. The Fried Chicken was moist and really nice, the Grilled Chicken on the Caesar Salad was perfectly seasoned and moist. The Burger was a bit messy with 2 smashed Pattie’s, cheese, sauce, onions and pickles and really tasty too.
Our server was Freddy and he was wonderful…attentive and kind. He even brought my Mom a birthday cake pop with a candle.
The dining room is comfortable, rustic yet elegant and very nice.
This is a restaurant that I can recommend for sure and we would order everything we ordered this visit again. However, I saw the Fried Chicken sandwich as it was leaving the kitchen window and I’m pretty sure that is what I will order next visit. There is paid street parking across the street and I think there is a parking garage nearby.

So happy I found this spot. The space is HUGE, and honestly could be a great venue for a holiday party or a birthday dinner. It’s pretty, classy, and welcoming. The food and drinks were also INCREDIBLE! I’ve had both their brunch and dinner menu options and I was satisfied with both. From drinks, to coffee, to dessert, to apps/entrees this place did not disappoint

Came for brunch. Beautiful interior with mixed mediums for design! Very warm & welcoming, caught myself talking with the barista for a bit, she was incredibly kind. Service was pretty prompt, it was a full restaurant and we were never left waiting too long for anything. Everything we ordered had layers of flavor, with the cinnamon roll being a show stopper, being one of the best in recent memory. The biscuits & gravy and the chicken & waffles (amazing waffles) are also very worthy of mention. Overall amazing experience, highly recommend for brunch

I can't think of a better American food restaurant in Orlando. The quality of the food, the attentive service, and the modern and inviting ambience are hard to beat in Central Florida. I was there this last time during the last weekend of
magical dining and was very glad I went. The broccoli cheddar soup, the salmon with couscous, and the Oreo cream pie were all carefully made and delicious. It's just thoughtful American food that one can't easily find in Florida.

My wife and I, along with a group of friends (6 total), had brunch at The Monroe. Upon arrival for our reservation, we were warmly greeted by the hostess. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, with a modern, comfortable atmosphere.
I ordered the shrimp and grits, while my wife went with the chicken and waffles. The shrimp and grits not only looked amazing but delivered on flavor — creamy, well-seasoned grits paired with perfectly cooked shrimp and just the right amount of spice.
The chicken and waffles were equally impressive. The Belgian waffles were crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and the chicken was tender, moist, and perfectly crispy. Every bite was packed with flavor.
The dessert cinnamon bun is a must try.

The Monroe truly surprised me in the best way. I spend a lot of time in the area, and this is hands-down my favorite brunch so far. Every dish was balanced...nothing felt over-sauced or overworked. From sweet to savory, everything tasted intentional and well-executed. And the mocktails absolutely live up to their name and price point. They were thoughtfully crafted, refreshing, and definitely not just juice over ice. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish.
P.s. The breakfast sandwich is not small but it is so so good.

The food at Monroe is solid for brunch, but honestly, it really shines at dinner. The biscuits at brunch were a little on the crunchy side, but still tasty. Our chicken and waffles were good, though the waffles had more of a funnel cake consistency than a traditional waffle.
Dinner, on the other hand—WOW. We came last week and that fried chicken meal with the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes was 10/10 (really 100000/10). Absolutely delicious!
The service is always great here, too—the servers are attentive and make the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back for dinner, and I’d be open to giving brunch another shot.

The food was amazing!! Seriously hit the spot. Biscuits and gravy are elite, and honestly a great appetizer to start your meal. Everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked right.
Shoutout to Stephanie, our waiter… she was awesome and really met every need we had, even down to opening the shades so we could get that perfect brunch lighting 😂
The fried chicken was done to perfection crispy, juicy, seasoned just right. My belly is happy, my tastebuds are full, and my stomach left satisfied.
I’m coming back for that burger!!

From start to finish the meal for our party of 3 was superb. For the first time in a while, the food at a restaurant has warranted the tab at the end of the night. The Monroe really nailed each dish tonight. The veggie carrot starter was simple and let the carrots shine. Mains of charred onion ravioli from Orlando City Pasta, pork chop, and their signature fried chicken were all spot on and well balanced.
Not pictured because it was devoured was their bread pudding, which might soon be listed as a schedule 1 drug for it's addictiveness. Bring your second stomach for it.

Just go. Do yourself the biggest favor and go.
When I tell you everything here is just perfection, I mean it. From their service (shout out Stephanie & Dani!) to their vibes to their food! The aesthetic and vibes are immaculate - Its’s fun with a hint of moodiness.
I tried their Kung Pao Cauliflower and Fried Chicken. A few friends tried their salmon and burger. Their food was made thoughtfully with fresh ingredients and portions were excellent. Their fried chicken was salted to perfection with the right amount of spices and THAT CRISP will send you outta this world. I don’t know how their chicken remained moist and tender! The Mac n cheese is also to die for - noodles were al dente with the right amount of cheese.
I was here with a large group and Stephanie serviced us seamlessly. The entire staff was so nice and friendly! Catch the chef throwin the peace sign!
